Welcome to www.af-saddletrees.shop, the online sales site of L'Arçonnerie Française. We are a limited company specializing in the manufacture of custom and series-produced saddle trees for professional saddlers.

    By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.

    2. Our products and services

    We design and market :

        • Custom-made trees adapted to the precise needs of saddlers and riders.
        • Standard trees and accessories for various equestrian disciplines.

      Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. The dimensions provided are accurate for manufacturing purposes. Our products are designed to offer comfort, safety, and durability.

      The products offered may include various technical options configured by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy and consistency of the choices made when placing the order. L'Arçonnerie Française cannot be held liable for any configuration errors.

      Feedback and returns

          • Returns or exchanges are only possible in the case of manufacturing defects.
          • Saddles manufactured to measure or according to technical specifications provided by the customer cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

        3. Orders and payment

            • Orders can be placed online on our website, or directly by phone or email.
            • Access to the order form on the website is reserved for professionals with a customer account validated by L’Arçonnerie Française.
              Creating an account does not automatically grant access to the order form.
            • L’Arçonnerie Française reserves the right to refuse to activate an account.
            • Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. The information required for payment will be provided when the order is confirmed.
            • Product manufacturing can begin after the order has been validated and payment has been received.
            • If the transfer is not received within 10 days, the order may be automatically canceled.
            • The order becomes final after validation by L’Arçonnerie Française and receipt of payment.
            • All prices include applicable taxes.

          4. Delivery

              • International delivery according to the terms specified in the order.
              • Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
              • Custom-made trees are manufactured according to the dimensions supplied by the saddler and may require a specific lead time.
              • Manufacturing times are indicative and may vary depending on order volume and technical specifications requested.
              • Products are shipped by carrier.
              • The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier.

            5. Warranty and quality

                • Our saddle trees are covered by the legal warranty on defects of conformity and latent defects.
                • The quality of manufacture is 100% French and made-to-measure, in our workshop according to the saddler's precise requirements.
                • Each product is inspected before shipping to ensure safety and reliability.

              6. Measurement and information

                  • The measurements transmitted by the saddler must be exact and precise, as they determine the manufacture of the tree.
                  • This information guarantees the rider's comfort and safety, as well as the correct integration of the tree into the saddle.
                  • L’Arçonnerie Française cannot be held liable for the consequences of incorrect technical measurements or information provided by the customer.
                  • The final fit of the saddle to the horse depends on many factors related to the design of the saddle, the padding, and the adjustments made by the saddler.
                  • L’Arçonnerie Française cannot guarantee on its own that the saddle will ultimately be suitable for the horse.

                7. Data protection

                    • The information collected is used to manage orders and for commercial communication (newsletter and offers, if consent is given).
                    • We comply with legislation on the protection of personal data.

                  8. Intellectual property

                  All site content (text, images, logos, videos) is protected by intellectual property law. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

                  9. Liability

                      • Use of the site and products is the responsibility of the customer.
                      • L'Arçonnerie Française cannot be held responsible for the improper use of its saddle trees.
                      • Our products are designed for qualified professionals.
                      • The saddle trees are intended to be incorporated into saddles manufactured by qualified professionals. Their installation is the responsibility of the saddle maker.
