Our semi-industrial manufacturing process combines advanced technology with traditional expertise. Beech wood veneers are assembled and then hot-pressed under 300 tons of pressure, ensuring flawless bonding and a perfectly uniform base. The piece is then machined with millimeter precision using 5-axis CNC technology, guaranteeing the perfect geometry of the saddle tree. Finally, the ironwork and finishes are carried out with consistent high standards. The combination of industrial rigor and artisanal expertise guarantees consistent quality, reliable performance, and perfectly optimized series production.
